In today's competitive real estate market, timing is EVERYTHING.
Many good homes are not selling quickly right now.  Sellers should
know that we are in a "Buyers Market".  But, that doesn't mean you
can't or won't sell your home.  Look at your home from a buyers 
prospective.  Simply stated walk through your home and see it as
someone who is looking at it for the very first time.  Is it cluttered?
Does it need a fresh coat of paint? Is it staged to make the statement:
"I want to live here"?
